VFR Events & Event Coverage

Vegan Fashion Repository organises its own events and provides editorial coverage of selected industry events that aim to accelerate the adoption of next-gen, lower-impact materials and bring vegan fashion into the mainstream. Explore opportunities to take part in our initiatives or work with our editorial team.

Option 1: Join VFR-organised industry events

We organise two types of events, offering different opportunities to participate and collaborate.

Online panel discussions

Participation is free of charge. Panellists are selected on the basis of their expertise, relevant experience and the contribution they can make to the discussion. Participation is subject to VFR’s selection process and confirmation.

In-person industry events

Depending on the event, opportunities may include exhibiting, sponsorship and media or other forms of patronage. Participation options, fees, benefits and terms are agreed individually for each event and confirmed in writing in advance.

Option 2: Event Coverage

VFR provides on-site editorial coverage of selected events in the fields of fashion, materials, design and the wider fashion industry.

VFR-selected events

We independently select events that align with our editorial focus and cover them at our own discretion, free of charge to the event organiser.

Commissioned Event Coverage — €1,000

The service includes:

• Attendance by a VFR editorial representative.
• On-site reporting and research.
• An original post-event article of approximately 1,500–2,500 words, written and edited by VFR.

Depending on the nature of the event, the article may explore its key speakers, designers, products, materials, discussions and wider industry context.

Editorial independence

All coverage is subject to VFR’s editorial standards. Commissioning coverage does not guarantee a favourable assessment, specific conclusions or the inclusion of particular claims about an event, brand or product. Commercial relationships will be clearly disclosed in accordance with applicable law.

Expenses and additional services

Travel, accommodation, event registration fees and other reasonable expenses necessary for the assignment are payable by the client and must be agreed in advance.

Additional services, including professional photography, video production, interviews, pre-event coverage and live reporting, are not included in the standard fee and can be quoted separately. Professional event photography is not included in this service.
